To upload your saves/profiles from your PC to your server, you just need to:

• Transfer your saveFilesList.sav and all serverSaveGame*.sav files (there should be 30 of them), from your Subsistence/Binaries/Win32 folder to the /Binaries/Win32 folder on your server.
• You MUST stop the server before copying these files.
