You will need to be OP on your server to change the server spawn point. If you are not already OP on your server please follow this guide to make yourself OP: https://pingperfect.com/index.php/knowledgebase/746/Minecraft--How-to-add-an-Admin-OP-a-player.html
The spawn point is the location where a player is located when joining for the first time, or where they will be located after they die if they have not slept in/broken their bed.
Players will also respawn on this location when they die if they have not used a bed or used a command to change their individual spawn point.
Command: /setworldspawn
- Set a Minecraft world's spawn point to the current location of the player who performed the command.
This command has to be used in-game and can only be performed by a server operator.
Command: /setworldspawn X Y Z
- Set a Minecraft world's spawn point to specific coordinates.
This command can be used in the server console.
Example:/setworldspawn 12 69 31
Command: /spawnpoint
- Sets an individual player's spawn point.
- Using this command with a player name will set the current location of the command issuer as that specified player's spawn point.
Example:/spawnpoint Jeff
Command: /spawnpoint X Y Z
- Set an individual player's spawn point to specific coordinates.
Example:/spawnpoint Jeff 13 71 28
- When a player uses a bed their spawn location will be changed to their bed's location. If their bed is broken, their spawn point will be reset to that of the world spawn.
