In order to determine the source of any network lag, or potential packet loss, we will need you to perform an MTR, or packet trace, to help us further diagnose the issue.

You can download the free WinMTR tool from here; https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/files/latest/download

  1. Once that's downloaded, use your server's IP address (don't include the port) in the box provided, ensuring there are no extra spaces at the start or end, as that will cause the program to fail.

  2. Click "Start" and run it for around 1000 pings (as shown in the 1st image below) during a period where you're experiencing latency issues, and once that's done, save the results as a text or .txt file by clicking "Export TEXT" (as shown in 2nd image below), and add the file to your reply to us.

  3. Furthermore, please provide your own public IP address (which you can find by going to Google and typing "what's my IP"), so that we can perform an MTR to your IP from the server, as the routes will be different and need to be investigated as well to determine the source of the packet loss.
