If you recieve \src\common\contentmanifest.cpp (650) : Assertion Failed: !m_bIsFinalized as an error when doing a steam update or ark mod update just ignore it, this error is caused by an update to steam and does not prevent anything from working. Leave the tool to run and it will tell you when it's finished.
