To wipe the map data (buildings, barricades etc) perform this action:

Delete the folder named the same as the map you're currently playing - it is located at Servers/Pingperfect/Level/

To wipe the player data, perform this action:

Delete all data inside the folder located at /Servers/Pingperfect/Players

A partial wipe would be performing one of the two actions above, a full wipe would be performing both actions above.
