Stop your server.
Click "Configuration Files".
Open the ServerSettings.ini file using whichever editing method you usually use.
For Text-Editor, change the setting PartialWipe=0 to PartialWipe=1
For Config Editor, tick the tick box for "Trigger Partial Wipe on next restart?" - Make sure after the server has started up and the partial wipe has been performed, you go back and untick this tick box.
Startup your server.
