To enable god mode for an admin you need to do the following:
For a new admin

You will firstly need to retrieve the Steam64ID of the player you would like to make admin, this can be done by pasting a link to the Steam profile of the player into this website: https://steamid.io/lookup

In your game panel, navigate to Configuration Files and then open the AdminUsers.ini through the Text Editor
- Add the SteamID64, followed by [godmode]
For example:76561198023797123[godmode]
- Please note that once you have performed this process you must continue using the text-editor method to edit the AdminUsers.ini - do not use the config editor.
For an existing admin:
- In your game panel, navigate to Configuration Files and then open the AdminUsers.ini through the Text Editor

Identify the Steam64ID of the player you would like to enable god mode for.
- Next to their SteamID64 add [godmode]
