In Game panel click Command line manager
Click Select/Selected at the end of the "Config File" command line (it should reveal a few text boxes)
Confirm info is correct with your server settings if you've already started a game and add the new RCON password, then click Apply.
On the main page in Game panel Restart the server and test the password.
