Make sure the image you are using for banner meets the following criteria

Size : 512 x 256
File Type/Extension : .PNG
Bit Depth : 32
Interlaced : NO
Upload image to this site: http://www.imagetitan.com/
Click the image to open it on the image hosting site
Right-click the image and click "Copy Image Link"
Click "Configuration Files" in your gamepanel.
Open the KFGame\Config\PCServer-KFGame.ini file using the text-editor

Find the following:

BannerLink= Add the Image link / URL here
ServerMOTD= MESSAGE OF THE DAY HERE - YOU MUST SET ONE FOR THE BANNER TO WORK
Click "Save and Exit"
Start your server.
