How do I cancel my game service?
To cancel your current game service you have with us, please follow the below steps:
1) Login to your account at https://pingperfect.com/clientarea.php
2) Click on "Services"
3) Click on the service you no longer want
4) Click the red "Request Cancellation" Button
5) On the next page you can provide us with some feedback (Please note this is only for statistical analysis and will only be read through at the end of each month)
Please note: Please be sure to cancel any active PayPal subscriptions setup to pay for your services with us as we cannot do this for you.
