To install the ULX admin mod to your server and set it up for first time use - follow the below instructions:
1. Log into your game panel at Gamepanel.pingperfect.com
2. Once logged in go to game services then select your Garry's mod server
3. Click on the "Mod Manager" icon and proceed to install both ULib and ULX (ULib first)
4. Once installed go back to your service and click on configuration files
5. Within the config file "Users.txt" follow the below guide to set yourself as a super admin (replace STEAM_0:1:123456 with your steam ID)
