It's fairly simple to change your server's game mode.

First, stop your server.
Then select "Commandline Manager"
Then click the "Custom Commandlines" tab.
Press "New" and name your Commandline.
Tick the box next to "Game Mode", then in the Game Mode box type in the Game Mode exactly from the list below. For Example: Free_Roam
Save the Commandline and start your server.

Life_Cycle
Combat
Free_Roam
