Stop your server.
Use the command line manager to change the map. (https://pingperfect.com/index.php/knowledgebase/26/Ark-Survival-Evolved--How-to-change-map.html)
Startup your server.
Enter your server in-game, and select "Respawn (Random Location)"
You will spawn in with your pre-existing character.

Please note: Your character's Engrams, levels etc will be transferred, but inventory will not.
