GameUserSettings.ini resets when server is restarted
If your GameUserSettings.ini is being reset/wiped when you restart your server, the cause is highly likely that there is an error in the file, typically in the form of incorrect syntax, incorrect configuration variables being used, or incorrect values being used.
The format must be as follows:
[Section]ConfigurationVariable=Value
If your GameUserSettings.ini has been reset, you can always re-save the configuration editor, and it will be regenerated. However, if you have used the Text-Editor to modify your GameUserSettings.ini, and it has been reset, you'll need to contact us via a support ticket. We will then restore your GameUserSettings.ini from our internal backups.
