This is an incredibly common bug with Animalia, fortunately, there is a very simple fix.

Exit Steam
Search for Steam in your PC's search bar
Click "Run as Administrator"
When prompted whether you want to run this application/program, press "Yes"
Run Animalia
You will now be able to see server's in the server list.
