You will need to do the following.
1. Stop the server.
2. Open the Pingperfect.xml in a text file which you should be able to open through FTP.
3. Find the line for, ServerDisabledNetworkProtocols and add LiteNetLib into the values there, making the entry below "value="unet,RakNet,LiteNetLib".
4. Save and then start the server.
Change the following:
<property name="ServerDisabledNetworkProtocols"value="unet,RakNet"/><!-- Networking protocols that should not be used. Separated by comma. Possible values: UNET, RakNet, SteamNetworking. Ex: "unet,steamnetworking" -->
To this:
<property name="ServerDisabledNetworkProtocols"value="unet,RakNet,LiteNetLib"/><!-- Networking protocols that should not be used. Separated by comma. Possible values: UNET, RakNet, SteamNetworking. Ex: "unet,steamnetworking" -->
