If you are an admin on your server, you should be able to type the command : cm into the console to enter cheat mode.

If you're unsure how to open the console it will be one of the following:
pressing F1 for UK, US and EU keyboards.
pressing " for US keyboards.
pressing @ for EU keyboards.
pressing Ö/Ø/F2 for Scandinavian keyboards.
pressing Ñ for spanish keyboards.
