1. The first thing that is required is that TShock Mobile and the Web Console Support mods in the mod manager are installed to your server.
2. Secondly, the server needs to be running in order to assign the role.
3. Now, the owner of the server must go into current activity and stats, followed by RCon client in the top left section.
In this client, you need to type:
/user group [player username] superadmin
4. In order to check this has worked, simply click on the Web console section, and if done right, at the bottom it should say that the selected user has been added to that group.
