Thank you for placing your trust in Pingperfect. I am writing to inform you that we will soon make some changes to our pricing strategy.
Due to the ongoing increase in costs for colocation, electricity, transit and staffing, we have had to review our pricing strategy to ensure that our products & service continues to provide the best value and experience for our customers.
We are constantly updating our systems to provide a better experience, in 2022 alone we added over 2000 hours of development into our gamepanel, we also have a new website coming which some of you will already have seen.
As a result, we will be increasing our fees by 10%. Over the course of May we will also be increasing the price our legacy customers pay (anyone who joined us prior to 2022) to our current pricing, so your next invoice may be different to what you pay currently.
You have the right to consider if you would like to switch to a new plan, and you have the option to do so. Up until the end of May, if you swap to a longer billing period your monthly cost will stay the same for the duration. For example if you swap to Annual billing your price per month will stay the same for the next 12 months.
