In the Game panel do the following:
1. Click Configuration Files
2. Click [Text Editor] next to the World.ini file.
3. Find the line ServerSeed=12345 and enter the seed number with no space after the =.
4. Save the file.
5. Back on the main page in Game panel click the Reset World button. The server should now start back up and generate a new world using the seed you've selected.
