If you go to this site https://pingperfect.com/clientarea.php?action=products and click on the service you wish to upgrade there should be a button near the bottom of the sidebar that says upgrade/downgrade options.
Select **upgrade/downgrade options**, then choose the options you desire, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
